Breathing In, Breathing Out… A Little Sunday Chanting

I hope some of you will enjoy this chant I was able to find on You Tube.  I learned this little chant during a Mindfulness Meditation Week-end.  Some days it’s difficult to remember to breathe…sometimes I sing it to myself (like today) and sometimes I sing it to toddlers I watch who become screaming, upset,  red-faced,  and not breathing!  I like the imperfection of this video…I like the hand motions…so child like.
